Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
Tier 2 reporting is an important part of Trinity Health’s Inclusive Supplier Program. Through this part of our program, we aim to increase opportunities for diverse and small businesses by asking our suppliers to report the volume of work they have with diverse and small businesses. Trinity Health requires that suppliers who participate in the 2nd Tier Program submit performance reports detailing purchasing data covering spend with the following supplier classifications:
- MINORITY-OWNED BUSINESS (MBE)
- WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESS (WBE)
- VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (VET)
- SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SDVET)
- SMALL BUSINESS (SMALL)
- WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB)
- ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (EDWOSB)
- 8(A) PROGRAM (8A)
- HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED ZONES (HUBZONE)
- DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE)
- LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANS-OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (LGBT)
- DISABILITY-OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DISABLED)
- ABILITYONE PROGRAM (ABILITYONE)
- SELF-CERTIFIED SERVICE-DISABLED BUSINESS (SC-SDB)
- HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY (HBCU)
- ALASKA NATIVE CORPORATIONS (ANC)
- AIRPORT CONCESSIONAIRE DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (ACDBE)
Reports must be submitted quarterly on the following dates:
- Quarter 1 (July 1 - September 30):
- Period opens October 1st
- Reports due by October 30th
- Quarter 2 (October 1 - December 31):
- Period opens January 1st
- Reports due by January 30th
- Quarter 3 (January 1 - March 31):
- Period opens April 1st
- Reports due by April 30th
- Quarter 4 (April 1 - June 30):
- Period opens July 1st
- Reports due by July 30th
