How are Goals Determined?
Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
Stellantis requires that suppliers who participate in the 2nd Tier Program submit performance reports detailing purchasing data covering spend with the following supplier classifications. Options in bold count towards spend goal:
Stellantis accepts the following certifications for diverse suppliers:
A copy of the certification is required for your small/diverse suppliers to be considered towards your goal. Tier 1 Suppliers must upload a valid certificate during their reporting if one is not available in the system.
Reporting Frequency
All dates pertain to reporting period for previous month's spend.

- Goal Methodology is based on Percent of APV / Payments Received
- North American Sales is based on sales from United States, Canada & Mexico
- Accepted Spend includes verified suppliers only
Tier II Program Reporting Requirements

- Women-owned business (WBE)
- Veteran-owned business (VET)
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans-owned Business Enterprise (LGBT)
- Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (SDVET)
- Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DISABLED)
- Small Business Association Business Development Program (SBA-8A)
- Historically underutilized zones (HUBZONE)
- Small Business Enterprises (SBE) New

- NMSDC and Regional Affiliates (MBE)
- CAMSC (MBE)
- WBENC (WBE)
- WBE Canada (WBE)
- WEConnect International (WBE) New
- NVBDC (VET)

- SAM (SMALL) New
- NVDBC and Navoba (SDVET)
- Disability:IN (DISABLED)
- SAM (8A)

- Reporting open on the 1st
- Reporting closes on the 12th
- Reporting reopens on the 17th
