P&G believes that a diverse organization will out-think, out-innovate, and outperform a non-diverse organization. For this reason, Supplier Diversity is a business strategy at P&G. By investing with Diverse Business Enterprises (DBEs) we make deeper connections with our community. We have continued to evolve our approach to Supplier Diversity by tracking women owned spend outside of the United States to create sustainable value in our businesses and in our communities across the globe. |
