Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
KPMG requires that suppliers who participate in the 2nd Tier Program submit performance reports detailing purchasing data covering spend with the following supplier classifications. Options in bold count towards spend goal:

Reports must be submitted quarterly on the following dates:

- Women-owned business (WBE)
- Veteran-owned business (VET)
- LGBTQ-owned businesses (LGBTQ)
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)
- Small Businesses (SMALL)
- HUB Zone Businesses (HUBZONE)
- Service-disabled Veteran-owned business (SDVET)
- Disabled-owned business (DISABLED)
Reporting Frequency
Reports must be submitted quarterly on the following dates:
- Quarter 1 (October 1 - December 31):
- Period opens May 31st
- Reports due by December 30th
- Quarter 2 (January 1 - March 31):
- Period opens May 31st
- Reports due by December 30th
- Quarter 3 (April 1 - June 30):
- Period opens July 1st
- Reports due by August 14th
- Quarter 4 (July 1 - September 30):
- Period opens October 1st
- Reports due by November 14th
