Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
JC Penney requires that suppliers who participate in the 2nd Tier Program submit performance reports detailing purchasing data covering spend with the following supplier classifications:

Reports must be submitted annually on the following dates:

- Veteran-owned business (VET)
- Service-disabled Veteran-owned business (SDVET)
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)
- HUB Zone Businesses (HUB)
- Small Businesses (Small)
Reporting Frequency
Reports must be submitted annually on the following dates:
- Quarters 1, 2, 3 and 4 (January 1 - December 31):
- Period opens January 1st
- Reports due by January 30th
