Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
Enterprise Mobility requires suppliers who participate in the 2nd Tier Program submit performance reports detailing purchasing data covering spend with the following supplier classifications: 

• Minority-owned Business (MBE)
• Woman-owned Business (WBE)
• Veteran-owned Business Enterprises (VET)
• Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans-owned Business Enterprise (LGBT)
• Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)
• Small Business (SMALL)
• Historically underutilized zones (HUBZONE)
• Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (SDVET)
• Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DISABLED)
• Small Business Association Business Development Program (SBA-8A)
• Alaskan Native Corporations (ANC)
• Self-Certified Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SC-SDB)
• Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Business (EDWOSB)
• Women Owned Small Business (WOSB)

Reporting Frequency
Reports must be submitted quarterly on the following dates:

• Quarter 1 (August 1 - October 31):
  • Period opens November 1
  • Reports due by November 31
• Quarter 2 (November 1 - January 31):
  • Period opens February 1
  • Reports due by February 28
• Quarter 3 (February 1 - April 30):
  • Period opens May 1
  • Reports due by May 31
• Quarter 4 (May 1 - July 31):
  • Period opens August 1
  • Reports due by August 31
