Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
Corning requires suppliers who participate in the 2nd Tier Program to submit performance reports detailing purchasing data covering spend with the following supplier classifications:
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender-owned Business Enterprise (LGBTBE)
- Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DOBE)
- Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (SDVBE)
- Disabled Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (DVBE)
- Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (VBE)
- Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE)
- Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE)
- Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
- Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone)
- Historically Black Colleges or Universities (HBCU)
- Small Disadvantaged Business (8a) Program (SBA- 8a)
- AbilityOne Program (ABILITYONE)
- Alaskan Native Corporations (ANC)
- Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB)
- Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE)
- Small Business Enterprise (SBE)
Reporting Frequency
Reports must be submitted quarterly on the following dates:
- Quarter 1 (January 1 - March 31):
- Period opens April 1st
- Reports due by May 15th
- Quarter 2 (April 1 - June 30):
- Period opens July 1st
- Reports due by August 15th
- Quarter 3 (July 1 - September 30):
- Period opens October 1st
- Reports due by November 15th
- Quarter 4 (October 1 - December 31):
- Period opens January 1st
- Reports due by February 15th
