Barilla seeks to amplify the positive impact of supplier diversity by asking our prime (non-diverse) suppliers to also do business with diverse companies. We believe that for our prime suppliers, the most effective way to share our diversity values is to provide goods and services to Barilla America incorporating diverse firms in their supply chain. Through our Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supplier Diversity efforts we strive to create a best in class supply chain where diversity thrives from field to fork, because it is in the best interest of the people we serve every day. |
