We understand that each client and community is different, and that flexibility is key. That is why we take a customized approach to our supplier diversity efforts, adjusting to meet our partners’ unique needs by seeking a broad range of procurement opportunities and available suppliers in the geographic areas in which we serve.
We have a centralized, enterprise-wide program focused on identifying potential diverse and small suppliers. We actively recruit diverse businesses, educate our employees on contracting goals, and provide a database of registered and certified diverse and small businesses.
Aramark Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
Aramark requires that suppliers who participate in the 2nd Tier Program submit performance reports detailing purchasing data covering spend with the following supplier classifications:
- MINORITY-OWNED (MBE)
- WOMEN-OWNED (WBE)
- VETERAN-OWNED (VET)
- SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED (SDVET)
- SELF-CERTIFIED SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (SC-SDB)
- 8(A) PROGRAM (8A)
- HUBZONE (HUBZONE)
- WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB)
- ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (EDWOSB)
- DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (DBE)
- DISABLED-OWNED (DISABLED)
- SMALL (SMALL)
- LGBT-OWNED (LGBT)
- ALASKAN NATIVE CORP OR TRIBALLY OWNED (ANC)
- ABILITYONE PROGRAM (ABILITYONE)
- AIRPORT CONCESSION DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (ACDBE)
Reports must be submitted quarterly (FISCAL) on the following dates:
- FY Q1 (October 1 - December 31): Period opens January 1st
- FY Q2 (January 1 - March 31): Period opens April 1st
- FY Q3 (April 1 - June 30): Period opens July 1st
- FY Q4 (July 1 - September 30): Period opens October 1st
Avendra Tier II Program Reporting Requirements
